Objectives:

• To create awareness about what constitutes sexual harassment and ways to prevent it.
• To act as a first point of contact for individuals facing discomfort or harassment.
• To provide guidance, counseling, and emotional support to affected persons.
• To encourage early reporting and informal resolution, where appropriate.
• To conduct sensitization programs, workshops, and campaigns on gender respect.
• To assist complainants in filing formal complaints before the ICC, if required.
• To promote a gender-sensitive and respectful campus culture.
• To coordinate with ICC and other bodies for effective grievance redressal.
