Objectives of the Women Redressal Cell (WRC)

• To ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment for women students and staff.
• To address and resolve grievances related to gender discrimination, inequality, and harassment.
• To promote gender sensitization, awareness, and women empowerment through various activities.
• To provide guidance, counseling, and support to women facing personal, social, or academic issues.
• To encourage women to express their concerns freely without fear or hesitation.
• To foster a culture of respect, dignity, and equality within the institution.
• To recommend measures for improving campus safety and well-being of women.
• To coordinate with other committees for holistic development and protection of women’s rights.
